Thoughtfully designed
Guild Rhythm is a hand-tufted rug with a New Zealand wool pile, inspired by Zurich. Its sculptural texture and carefully balanced colours bring character to contemporary living rooms, studies and lounge spaces.
Pale, mushroom and walnut fields alternate between horizontal and vertical proportions. A small golden-yellow square draws the eye towards the centre, while varied textures soften the grid.
Design inspiration – Zurich Guild Rhythm
Zurich's guild culture and the ordered design of historic interiors are the starting points for Guild Rhythm. Connected fields recall timber joints, wall divisions and carefully crafted objects. Their effect comes from the relationships between the parts: a narrow band supports a broad surface, while a change in texture alters the reading of a familiar grid. A single warm accent gently interrupts the order. Matte wool keeps the geometry tactile and welcoming. The rug offers a calm architectural foundation for modern rooms with timber, neutral upholstery and selected art objects, connecting historic material culture with a clear, contemporary visual language.

Care instructions
Vacuum gently and regularly using suction only, without a rotating brush. Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth; do not rub or soak the pile. For spot treatment, use only a wool-safe product and test it first in an inconspicuous area. For stubborn stains or a thorough clean, consult a professional rug cleaner. A suitable rug underlay helps reduce slipping.
A note on colour
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Natural wool and handcrafting create subtle differences in texture, pile direction and colour. The room images are digital interior visualisations; the overhead view shows the underlying design.
